Alison’s track record as a performance player, is in the history books

Alison’s vast coaching knowledge displays a humbleness and confidence with an exemplary attitude to learning

Keith Reynolds

Alison always asked for my opinion and feedback was appropriate so the delegated tasks were valuable and structured to individual needs.

Thanks to Alison I gained a lot of valuable skills such as: communication, teamwork, organisation and resilience. She gave me encouragement and appropriate transferable skills as well as a true insight to the job. Finally, it has inspired me to continue with my journey of coaching, aspiring to complete this to a high level as Alison has and, in turn, inspire the future generations of players like she does.
